How Dream Kids Works

Nominate a Child for Free
Anyone can nominate a school-aged child living in Australia with a big career dream. Parents, relatives, teachers, coaches, mentors and community members are all welcome to nominate.

Finalists Are Selected
Each month, Dream Kids selects one child from the active nomination pool to become a Dream Kids Finalist. We learn more about their goals, potential and what could help them take their next step.

Members Help Fund the Opportunity
Australians join Dream Kids for $10 a month, helping create opportunities for the Finalists and build a long-term pathway for one annual Dream Kids Winner.
Annual Winner Receives

Opportunities During School
The Dream Kids Winner receives career-related experiences, learning resources, mentoring and opportunities designed around their dream career as their pathway develops.

Support After High School
Dream Kids helps the Winner continue toward their career through further education, training, professional development and practical experience.

A Long-Term Career Pathway
Support continues beyond a single prize or event, helping the Winner build the skills, experience and connections needed to reach their full potential.
