Dream Kids Australia collects the information submitted through this form to assess and manage nominations, contact nominators and parents or legal guardians, and administer the Dream Kids program.

We treat children’s personal information with particular care. Information provided through this form will not be published or used for promotional purposes without separate, informed consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian and, where appropriate, the child.

Please do not submit photographs identity documents, medical information, detailed trauma histories or other sensitive information unless Dream Kids specifically requests it through an appropriate process.

We may contact the nominator or parent or legal guardian to confirm information, request consent or obtain further details. Information will only be shared with people or service providers who reasonably need it to administer the nomination and program, or where required by law.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information by contact Dream Kids Australia.

Nomination Terms

By submitting this form, I confirm that:

  • The information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

  • I am at least 18 years old.

  • I have a genuine connection to, or reasonable knowledge of, the nominated child.

  • If I am not the child’s parent or legal guardian, I understand that parent or legal guardian consent must be obtained before the child can progress in the program.

  • Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the child will become a Dream Kids Finalist or Winner.

  • Dream Kids may verify the information provided and may decline, pause or withdraw a nomination where information cannot be verified, consent is unavailable, eligibility requirements are not met, or progressing the nomination would not be appropriate.

  • Selection decisions are made by Dream Kids in accordance with its published process and the best interest, privacy and safety of the children involved.

  • Membership, Directory access, donations or purchases do not improve a child’s likelihood of selection.

  • I will not publicly represent the child as a Dream Kids Finalist or Winner unless Dream Kids has formally confirmed that status.

  • I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Nomination Terms.
